Thank you for shopping with Sun Lake Supply. Below is our shipping policy to help set clear expectations for your order.
Where We Ship From
Sun Lake Supply is a U.S.-based business headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. To keep our pricing competitive and our collections curated, most of our products ship directly from our manufacturing partners in China. This allows us to offer high-quality, hand-finished pieces at fair prices, with free standard shipping on every order.
All customer service, returns, and order support is handled by our U.S. team.
Where We Ship To
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Expedited orders are prioritized and processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST may begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing

Expedited: 6–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and seasonal volume. Deliveries use various international carriers while overseas and use USPS for deliveries inside the United States.
Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated based on product size and is displayed at checkout before payment. Expedited shipping is optional.
There are no customs fees, duties, or additional charges passed on to the customer. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after the email is sent.

Because packages travel internationally before reaching you, tracking activity may occasionally pause for 2–4 days during transit between carriers or while clearing customs. This is normal.

If you have not received tracking information within 9 business days of your order, please contact us at support@sunlakesupply.com.
Delays
While we work to deliver every order on time, delays can occur for reasons outside our control, including:

Carrier delays or service disruptions

Customs inspections or processing delays at U.S. ports of entry

Severe weather

High-volume periods (holidays, promotions, etc.)

Address verification issues
If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out — we're happy to help track it down or work toward a resolution.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Sun Lake Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors, household members, and your building's mail area.

Wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before the actual drop-off.

Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@sunlakesupply.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement item or refunding the order.
